Whole Earth & Sea Pure Food Bone Structure is a vegan tablet centred on calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, with 100 mg of calcium in every tablet. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums.
What is Bone Structure?
Bone Structure is a multi-nutrient formula with a bone focus. Its calcium comes from an organic marine alga, Mesophyllum superpositum, together with calcium ascorbate and carbonate. Each tablet adds 333.33 IU of vitamin D3 from lichen and 30 mcg of vitamin K2 as MK-7 from natto bean. Smaller amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E, beta-carotene and the B vitamins round out the tablet.

How to Take
Dosage:
3 tablets daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
