Lion’s Mane has helped me immensely

A friend who is a medical mushroom expert suggested lion’s mane for Parkinson’s. My second visit to the neurologist, six months after the first he was amazed that I improvement. I have a extremely faint tremor. I’m not falling etc. etc. I attribute this to taking Lion’s Mane.
I used to get the tincture but it doesn’t seem to be available. It took me a while to get used to it. The capsules are more convenient.
