Refund & Return Policy

At Vitasave, we are committed to ensuring you
are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we
are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened and unused. Opened items are eligible for return only if you experienced an adverse reaction or if the product was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defective product or an adverse reaction, Vitasave will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee

Returns with a total value over $200 are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include perishable goods such as probiotics requiring refrigeration, personal care and cosmetic products, intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, and clearance or promotional items marked as final sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, log into your Vitasave account at vitasave.ca and navigate to your Order History. Find the order containing the item you wish to return and click the "Return" button next to the eligible item(s). Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your return request, providing a detailed reason for the return. A Customer Care Representative will review your request and notify you by email regarding the decision.

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your product. If your return is due to a defective product or an adverse reaction, a prepaid return label will be provided. For change-of-mind returns, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Shipping fees paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.

Important Notes

Only products purchased directly from vitasave.ca are eligible for return. Orders with a total return value over $200 may require additional verification and approval. Vitasave reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy, including cases of misuse, abuse of the return process, or other circumstances deemed appropriate.
