Order Changes & Cancellations
You may attempt to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our Customer Service team immediately at vitasave@vitasave.ca. Please include your order number and the information used to make the purchase. To avoid changes or cancellations, we encourage you to carefully review your cart before submitting your order.
Returns
We accept returns of unused and unopened items for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. If the product has been opened or used, a store credit will be issued if returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns past the 30-day period will not be accepted and are considered final sale.
To initiate a return, please log into your account and access/click on the order that you wish to return. Select the "Request Returns" button in the top right corner of your order profile. Select the eligible item(s) you wish to return, and provide a descriptive reason as to why you're requesting the refund. Only fulfilled items can be returned. A Customer Service Representative will review your return application and you will be promptly notified by email of their decision. Once return request is approved by our Customer Service Representative, a return label will be issued to the customer and it is up to their discretion to return the item(s).
Items such as perishables, cosmetics, intimate or sanitary goods, personal care items, gift cards and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
*For returns outside of Canada, we do not provide return labels. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upon receiving defected item, please go through the steps highlighted in Returns and await our final decision.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
