🌿 Vitasave Return Policy

At Vitasave, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If something's not right with your order, we’re here to help make it right—quickly, fairly, and with care.



✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.



📦 Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

If you changed your mind or made an error when ordering, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • A 15% restocking fee



📬 Return-to-Sender & Shipping Issues

If a package is returned to us due to reasons outside of Vitasave's control (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed parcel), we’ll refund the order minus:

  • The original shipping fee
  • A 15% restocking fee

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.



🌍 International Returns & Refunds

We're happy to serve customers worldwide! For international returns:

  • Return labels are not provided
  • You'll need to arrange return shipping to our warehouse
  • The refund may differ due to postage, customs, handling, or currency conversion fees



🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., refrigerated probiotics)
  • Personal care or cosmetic products
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items marked as “final sale”



🛠️ Defective Merchandise, Missing & Damaged Products

If you discover an error in your order, receive a damaged item, or find that a product is missing, we may require your cooperation in providing information and photographic evidence to support your claim. This may include photos of the shipping box, packaging materials, and the affected products, including visible expiry dates and lot numbers. Your assistance is greatly appreciated and helps us process your claim efficiently.

If an entire parcel is missing, please note that this is outside of our control; however, we may initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf to help resolve the issue promptly.

 


🏬 In-Store Returns for Online Purchases

If you prefer to return an online purchase at one of our physical store locations to avoid shipping costs, you are welcome to do so. The store will forward the returned product to our warehouse, where it will be inspected and processed in accordance with the return and refund terms outlined in this policy. Refunds will only be issued once the product has been received, verified, and approved by our warehouse team.

 


🔁 Subscription Orders & Accidental Enrollments

If you're subscribed to our Subscribe & Save program, recurring orders will be processed automatically.

📝 Tip: You can manage or cancel your subscription any time via your Vitasave account under the “Subscribe & Save” section.



🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your Vitasave account at vitasave.ca
  2. Go to your Order History
  3. Click “Return” next to the item(s)
  4. Complete the return form
  5. Our Customer Care Team will follow up with next steps



💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement
    Note: refund will be processed once product is returned and verified at our warehouse.
  • Refunds are processed once products are returned and verified at our warehouse
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable



📌 Important Notes

  • Only purchases made directly from vitasave.ca are eligible for return
  • Returns over $200 may require additional verification
  • Vitasave reserves the right to limit or deny return requests that show abuse or fraudulent activity
