I’ve been taking Nature’s Way Valerian root for a month now. It helps me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. The only problem is I am a bit groggier than usual when I am waken up by my alarm (when I wake up on my own I feel great!). Also a little bit of stomach upset the first few days, but that went away.
