I have been using this liquid vitamin for many years now. My eldest doesnt like gummies or the chewables so this is a perfect fit for her. I have noticed growth in both my kids and am pleased. The gluten-free doesnt taste as good as the previous brand they had which seems discontinued. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars
