Adults: 1 teaspoon once a day. Add 1 teaspoon (5g) of Schinoussa Sea Vegetables to 310 ml (10 oz) of your favourite beverage, such as apple juice, protein smoothies or simply cold water. Stir with spoon and drink. Vary the amount of liquid to establish your preferred taste and texture.
Recommened Use: Provides a source of beta-Carotene as provitamin A and essential fatty acids (Omega-3, Omega-6) for the maintenance of good health. To be used with a program of reduced intake of dietary calories and increased physical activity (if possible) to help in weight management.
