1:2.77, 1679 mg organic elderberry
(Sambucus canadensis); 1:5.08 28.5 mg
(propolis tincture (bee hive); 1:2.14, 100 mg
echinacea root tincture
(Sambucus canadensis)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Non-pasteurized organic honey, organic apple cider vinegar
10 to 14 years old: 1 tsp (5 ml) 2 to 4 times per day
5 to 9 years old: 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) 2 times per day
2 to 4 years old: 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) once a day
1 to 2 years old: follow health care providers recommendation
They didn't like the flavour, but definitely helped. If kids have sensitive stomachs the elderberry might give them the runs, but other than that it seemed to help. Adult one didn't really do anything for us.

Helps with cough and shortens illness
We have used this through this tough cold and flu season and I believe it has helped shorten the length of the colds my son has had and helps sooth his cough. I use the adult version and I feel it helps me the same. My little guy loves the taste although he's not very picky.

Got it for my dog
An online vet recommended this cough syrup for my dog. I also checked with my local vet who encouraged me to give it a try as my dog had this harsh grating cough. It really did help and my dog liked it. I love that it is all natural and I am disappointed that I can only get it in Canada.

A must have for cold & flu season
This product is a winter staple in our home. I give it to the kids at the first sign of a cold and often find symptoms resolve quickly. The kids enjoy the flavour and will ask for elderberry syrup when they aren't feeling well.
