Recommended for kids

They didn't like the flavour, but definitely helped. If kids have sensitive stomachs the elderberry might give them the runs, but other than that it seemed to help. Adult one didn't really do anything for us.

Helps with cough and shortens illness

We have used this through this tough cold and flu season and I believe it has helped shorten the length of the colds my son has had and helps sooth his cough. I use the adult version and I feel it helps me the same. My little guy loves the taste although he's not very picky.
