What is in the Men's Multivitamin and Mineral?
The tablet covers vitamins A (as beta-carotene), C, D, E and K2 along with the B vitamins and calcium. Several come from plant sources: vitamin C from organic amla fruit, vitamin D3 from lichen, vitamin K2 from natto bean, vitamin E from sunflower oil, mixed carotenoids from Dunaliella salina algae and calcium from organic algae.

Why active vitamin forms?
Some B vitamins must be converted before the body can use them. This formula supplies B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, B12 as methylcobalamin and folate as methylfolate, which are already in the converted form.
