Each mL contains:

Avena sativa (Fresh Oats*, aerial parts) 1X
Non-medicinal ingredient:
1 mL of tincture contains 0.49 mL alcohol (ethanol).

1 mL = 33 drops. Dropper included.
Dosage: (Adults and adolescents over 12 years old)
Take 10 to 15 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.
Salivate before swallowing. Sweeten with honey if desired.
(children 6 - 11 years old) Give 5 - 10 drops, 1 to 3 times daily with water, 15 minutes before meals.
