Used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to tonify the lungs and for frequent colds. Used in TCM to tonify the spleen and augment the Qi (vital energy): for spleen deficiency presenting with a lack of appetite, fatigue, and diarrhoea.
40-80 drops (2-4 mL) taken 3 times per day. Best taken with five deep, slow breaths. Consult a health practitioner if pregnant or breastfeeding.
