I am happy with this product. I was skeptical but after 2 weeks I am feeling legitimate improvement in my knees. I have an ACL and meniscus repairs in one knee and another knee that is just persistently sore due to overcompensation. I am in my forties and have increase my activity levels for health reasons but felt like knee pain was holding me back. I feel less limited during my workouts, and post exercise I haven’t experienced any soreness or tightness like I have before.
