Great for myself (post menopausal), but menses stopped for 28-year old
This product gives me great energy. I take it on mornings when I know I'll need it (before work, when travelling long distances, etc.) I have completed menopause.
However, my 28-year daughter began taking these (often 2 per morning as recommended) a few months ago and her menstrual cycle stopped (never happened before). She grew alarmed and ceased consuming this Cordyceps supplement. After about a month without it, her menstrual cycle returned.
