The heating or stimulation effect of Korean ginseng is considered to be beneficial to those individuals who are in a state of imbalance because of aging, intense or extended physical exertion, exposure to a cold climate, or physical stress resulting from poison, alcohol, life situations, and hormonal changes such as menopause. Alleged benefits to Korean ginseng include higher levels of energy.

I've been using mainly this brand of ginseng for almost 30 years, either the Korean Red in fall thru winter for it's warming energy, or the Siberian in late spring thru summer for it's cooling energy. With both these products and all ginsengs it's important to take them for no longer than six weeks and then a two week break before resuming for another 6 weeks

As advertised
I am trying this for energy, because I had used in the past with success. I have kids to keep up with and need some help. Personally I found I had to up the dose a bit, but it is what it claims to be and is worth a try.

Good product but use with caution
I think it's overall good but be warned that it will raise your blood pressure and may counteract with some other medications.
