Unfortunately this doesn’t work for me

It’s possible I have supercharged sugar loving tastebuds. I sprayed 6 sprays to coat my tongue waited and can still taste sweet. It definitely reduced it, but in me it didn’t last long either. I can still use it as a tool to remind myself that once I spray my tongue I am going to stop eating sugar so… that’s useful. I read it’s helpful for balancing blood sugar also so I will keep exploring its use for that
